Phocuz & J-Mac Know That 'Time' Waits for No Man: Video Premiere

Terrius Mykel

After having opportunities to work with the likes of Dr. Dre, Diddy, and Chrisette Michele, North Carolina's own Phocuz is ready to carve a career of his own. To get things rolling, he has partnered up with producer J-Mac -- who has production credits for Snoop Dogg, Ghostface Killah and G-Unit -- for their new video "Time."

"Time" finds Phocuz and his partner Swift attempting to steal a car along with their band of thieves. In the video, the duo tries to do whatever they can to prevent their operation from going sour.

"The video for "Time" is the 3rd video installment from our project Vibes Are Eternal," Phocuz tells Billboard. "The visual provided by Terrius Mykel finds me and Swift in the act of stealing a car (New Jersey Drive style) with the help of several fellow thieves."

He adds: "The song 'Time' is full of energy. My verses are about the perils of getting money in this game and the trappings that come with it."
