Day three of the BET Experience 2017 closed Saturday (June 24) with performances from Lil Yachty, Young Thug, Migos, Gucci Mane, Rae Sremmurd, Schoolboy Q and A$AP Rocky, all of whom kept the crowd hyped up during the evening.

After great opening performances from Lil Yachty, Young Thug, Rae Sremmurd and Migos, Gucci Mane emerged from backstage to astounding applause from the audience, proving the rapper has a new light following his re-entrance into the rap game after being locked up.

Running through cuts like “I Think I Love Her,” “Freaky Gurl,” and “Lemonade,” Gucci eventually brought out Young Dolph, who also delivered a great performance. Finishing his set, Gucci brought the Migos back out for “Slippery” and “Met Gala” featuring Offset of the trio.

To close out the show, A$AP Rocky and Schoolboy Q came out together to do a joint set performing songs together like A$AP’s “Brand New” and “Hands on the Wheel,” before splitting off and doing their own mini sets. A$AP let fans know he was so excited that he came straight off the airplane from Europe onto the stage rapping songs like ASAP Ferg’s “Shabba,” A$AP Mob’s “Yamborghini High,” and “Lord Pretty Flacko Jodye 2.”

Schoolboy Q held his own with hits like “Man of the Year,” “Studio,”  “Dope Dealer” and the recent “That Part.” In a quick statement, the rapper told fans, “I’m actually dropping an album this year.”

After joining together for a couple more songs, Rocky and Q left the stage and it seemed the concert was over. However, after noting the show couldn't be over without an appearance from the king, Kendrick Lamar surprised the fans with a high-energy performance of “Humble” as everyone came from backstage to join in. It was the perfect end to a lit night.
