Travis Scott Unleashes Three New Songs

On the heels of an arrest for inciting a riot at his show in Arkansas this past weekend, Travis Scott unleashed a trio of new tracks on his Soundcloud late Monday night (May 15), tantalizing fans until the release of his long-awaited upcoming album Astroworld.

Over hard-thumping bass drums and eerie background hums, an auto-tuned La Flame raps on “A Man” about the “blessings that I can’t ignore” and his extravagant purchases (“spent ‘bout sixty on the time, I can’t lie”), lacing his signature adlibs into the mix. Travis Scott links up with Playboi Carti on “Green & Purple” and Murda Beatz on the hazy-“Butterfly Effect”.

Travis Scott is readying himself to head on tour with "goosebumps" collaborator Kendrick Lamar for the upcoming DAMN tour, which will begin on July 12. In a recent interview with GQ, Scott also revealed that he'll be releasing new music and a collaborative project with Quavo soon. "You know how I do it though: I like surprises" he said.
