Ne-Yo performs at Royal Albert Hall on Nov. 5, 2014 in London.

Everyone’s favorite crooner is back to catch you right in the feels.

Ne-Yo released a new song Monday (May 8) titled “Earn Ur Love,” marking his first original song since his 2015 album Non-Fiction.

It’s 3 minutes and 40 seconds of classic Ne-Yo, with soulful vocals on an R&B track, describing how hard he is willing to work to deserve his lady’s affection. He doesn’t want his money to get in the way, because that’s not what love is about.

“Baby, I’m a man with some paper not a problem, I can buy things/ Most people cannot dream, but I don’t believe in shopping for love,” he muses.
