Production duo Black Shadow (comprised of Troyton Rami and Marcos Mejia, pictured above) and soca star Rupee bring the Caribbean vibes to the video for their intoxicating club jam "Tipsy."

"I said tonight I'm not drinking but watching you girl's got me thinking / All my friends say I'm wasted, can't even lie / I'm drunk off you, girl," sings Rupee before "Your whine got me tipsy."

"I wanted a video that could cross all borders and make the Caribbean masses feel connected," Rami tells Billboard. "The video gives off an edgy, cutting-through, vibe of Trinidad and Miami with my splash of the Jamaican dancehall flavor. It was great working with my Black Shadow team and Rupee; visionary team, to bring this video to life for the world to experience."

Adds Rupee: "Considering that the track initially exploded in the Caribbean, it was important for me to see that support and culture represented visually. Troyton, Walt and the team truly captured these elements perfectly. The video will resonate with audiences regionally and abroad."

Black Shadow and Rupee were recently represented on Billboard's best dancehall and reggaeton choruses of the 21st century list. Black Shadow wrote and produced Sean Paul's breakthrough smash "Gimme The Light," which made the lineup, as well as Rupee's infectious hit "Tempted to Touch."
