Lil Wayne Launches Young Money Radio

Despite his legal woes with Birdman, Lil Wayne will be staying busy on the airwaves. The rap mogul announced on Twitter (March 27) that he has partnered up with digital radio network, Dash Radio, to launch Young Money Radio. 

For the March 28 episode of Young Money Radio airing at 5 p.m. ET, Young Money signee Hoody Baby will premiere his project Kitchen 24: Slangin' Off Key presented by YM and DJ Drama.

Weezy isn't the only rapper taking his talents to radio. Close collaborator and YMCMB cohort Drake presents his weekly OVO Sound Radio each Saturday on Beats 1, home to shows from the likes of Frank Ocean, Pharrell and other artists.  

At the top of the year, Lil Wayne hinted at three potential releases in 2017 including Dedication 6Tha Carter V and Funeral.
