The Notorious B.I.G.'s 1997 classic "Ten Crack Commandments" gets the remix treatment from his wife Faith Evans. In light of their new album, The King and I, Evans tinkered with Biggie's Life After Death fan favorite to create "Ten Wife Commandments."

Despite reshaping the record, Evans uses pieces of Biggie's old verses as a springboard. As Biggie raps each number, Evans adds her own flavor: "I know you heard this before / Tell him you love him before he step out the door."

In a recent interview with VIBE, Evans explained how she crafted the album sequence for The King and I. “I’m a producer as well as a singer, so I actually put the album’s sequence together [myself], but when I finally felt that I had it [right]… I really felt like B.I.G. told me several times that ‘I’m doing a great job,'" she said.

The King and I will feature a handful of the late rapper's close collaborators, including Jadakiss, Lil Kim, and 112. Evans previously released two records from their forthcoming album, including "NYC" featuring Jadakiss and "When We Party" co-starring Snoop Dogg.

Take a listen to "Ten Wife Commandments" below. The King and I drops May 19.
