Gucci Mane Releasing Autobiography in September

Gucci Mane has put out a prolific amount of material since his release from prison last year and soon we'll be able to count an autobiography amongst it all. 

In September, Gucci will share his first piece of printed literature -- The Autobiography of Gucci Mane -- via Simon & Schuster. 

According to the publisher's website, the memoir documents "the captivating life of an artist who forged an unlikely path to stardom and personal rebirth." Gucci began writing the book while incarcerated and it follows his story of massive influence and frequent run-ins with the law. 

"Every success was followed by setback. Too often, his erratic behavior threatened to end it all. Incarceration, violence, rap beefs, drug addiction. But Gucci Mane has changed, and he's decided to tell his story," the publisher's description states.
