After its success as a VH1 original movie last year, The Breaks returns with its new TV series super-trailer.

Featuring Mack Wilds, Afton Williamson, Method Man and Wood Harris, the star-studded cast will attempt to again grab the hearts of '90s hip-hop fans with the show. The 2016 film chronicled the story of three friends, hustling for a chance to leave their mark in the competitive hip-hop industry. The TV series, set to debut Feb. 20 at 9 p.m. ET on VH1, will continue that same storyline and showcase the ups and downs of artists fighting for a chance to shine in New York City.

Acclaimed photographer Barron Claiborne captured key images of the show's stars ahead of the premiere. Known as a prolific artist behind the lens, Claiborne has been snapping household hip-hop names since the '80s. In 1997, Claiborne captured the iconic image of The Notorious B.I.G. donning a crown, three days before his death.

With fans gearing up for The Breaks' debut, VH1 released an action-packed supertrailer. Teyana Taylor, T.I., and Gloria Reuben will also appear on the show. For those who weren't able to watch the movie, VH1 is also giving viewers the opportunity to catch up online.
