Right before Vince Staples embarks on The Life Aquatic Tour with Kilo Kish, he returns with his new song "BagBak."
For his new track, Staples' unapologetic candor is on full-display, as he thrashes the political system with hard-hitting bars. "Prison system broken/Racial war commotion/Until the president get that, s--t Vincent won't be votin'/We need Tomikas and Shaniquas in that Oval Office/Obama ain't enough for me, we only getting started/The next Bill Gates can be on Section 8 up in the projects/So today, love my dark skin b---h I'm goin' all in," he raps.
For Staples, "BagBak" marks his first song since he released his Prima Donna EP last August. He'll kick-off his six-week tour Feb. 24 in San Diego and will wrap things up April 9 in Phoenix.
