On Wednesday (Jan 18.), Chance the Rapper's little brother, Taylor Bennett, revealed that he is bisexual the day before his 21st birthday on Twitter.

"My birthday is tomorrow & moving into next year I'd like to be more open about myself to help others that struggle with the same issues," Bennett began in his series of tweets. "Growing up I've always felt indifferent about my sexuality & being attracted 2 one sex & today I would like to openly come out to my fans. I do recognize myself as a bisexual male & do & have always openly supported the gay community & will keep doing so in 2017. #ThankYou," he concluded.

Shortly after Bennett's very personal announcement, Chance chimed in to show his brotherly support, declaring "He's got God and me behind him."

Fans also praised him Bennett for his courage, with one Twitter user writing, "Proud of you man, bi men do exist and I'm glad you are comfortable to share that with us." Another tweeted, "THANK YOU TAYLOR BENNETT! And thank you for your support of LGBTQ community."

Bennett has released four projects over the last four years, with his last one, Broad Shoulders, being released in December 2015. The album featured Joey Purps and Chance.

The Chicago MC plans on releasing his short film Broad Shoulders on Jan. 25. He previewed a 45-second snippet earlier this month. Check out his tweets below.
