DMX is sending his well wishes to Kanye West in his time of need. On Wednesday, the gravel-voiced rapper posted a brief video on Instagram to show his emotional support for West, who was recently put under observation at a Los Angeles-area hospital.

“I want to give a special shout out to Kanye,” DMX said, noting that is was his first post on Instagram. “Let him know that my prayers are with him, my family’s prayers are with him. A reminder that when God is for you, who can be against you? No one, and nothing. Stand strong, Brother. God is in your corner.”

DMX has certainly experienced his fair share of ups and downs during his career, which gives the message an extra touch of sincerity. Watch the full clip below.

A source told Billboard that West has been suffering from exhaustion and sleep deprivation and went to the hospital on Nov. 21 of his own will under the consultation of his physician.

The news follows a bizarre series of events for the hip-hop star, including rants endorsing President-elect Donald Trump, calling out Beyonce and Jay Z, cutting a concert short and canceling the remainder of his Saint Pablo Tour.
