The Hamilton Mixtape

In lieu of the highly anticipated project The Hamilton Mixtape, Lin-Manuel Miranda and co. surprised us with two new cuts before the record's Dec. 2 release.

The first tracks features the pop songbird Sia, alongside Miguel and Queen Latifah for "Satisfied." Queen Latifah's poignant verse reminds us that at any given point, she can return back into her fortress and deliver fiery verses for her day one fans to appreciate.

The second track finds K'naan, Snow Tha Product, Riz MC, and Residente banding together to instill hope into the lives of dejected foreigners on "Immigrants." The uplifting song encourages immigrants to continue on with their grind, even if tomorrow isn't promised. With this week proving to be a brutal one for many Americans and people all over the world because of this year's election, "Immigrants" is surely the record to listen to help people remember why they're the backbone of this country.

Take a listen to both records here on this Veteran's Day, and hold tight, because The Hamilton Mixtape is only a few weeks away.
