Azealia Banks Reportedly Calls Off Deal with RZA, Asks Fans to 'Make Azealia Great Again'
Azealia Banks is calling on her fans to "make Azealia great again" following an alleged clash with actor Russell Crowe at a party in his Los Angeles home over the weekend.
"These past few days have been rough," the Harlem rapper wrote in a private Instagram post on Wednesday (Oct. 19). "I want to thank the kuntbrigade so much for being there for me. Although this situation was beyond my control, I promise you all that This is the LAST time I will be in the news for anything negative."
She continued in the lengthy caption, "Somewhere along the way I got sucked into this neverending war with the media that I quite honestly don't have the energy, patience or care to keep fighting. I GIVE UP! And I give in. I love you all tremendously. If you would all please join me in spreading the hashtag #makeazealiagreatagain On all of your AB related posts and comments." She also teased that she would be dropping a "So Ghetto" freestyle today.

In other Banks-related news, TMZ reports that the "212" hitmaker has allegedly called off her deal with Wu-Tang Clan's RZA, who invited her to Crowe's party. Last week, she revealed that she had landed a record deal with the rapper/producer/musician.
Her rep says that a press release containing her statement will be sent out later today.
Bilboard has also reached out to RZA's rep for comment.
