Almost four years have passed since Emeli Sande's debut album Our Version of Events and after the Scottish singer announced that "intermission" was over, she released "Hurts" -- the first single from her next album -- in September. With her forthcoming album Long Live the Angels slated for Nov. 11, Sande dropped a new track from the album Thursday (Oct. 13) called "Garden," which she premiered on BBC Radio 1.

"Whenever I listen to the song I just remember that summer, that free vibe," Sande recalls of the summer she wrote the Chris Loco-produced single. "Garden" also pulls hip-hop ghost Jay Electronica out of hibernation, as the rapper offers an irresistible 16 bars to Sande's mellow vocals with a poem by Ainey Zion.
