Shawty Lo's unexpected death last month sent the hip-hop world and the city of Atlanta into mourning. Since then, artists have paid tribute to the late Atlanta rapper, such as Beyonce, who choreographed a number to the rapper's famous hit "Dey Know" -- which peaked at No. 21 on Billboard's Hot 100. Recently, Rick Ross honored Shawty Lo's life with the freestyle "I'm Da Man," which the rapper released on Saturday (Oct. 1).

"I'm Da Man" is an original song from Shawy Lo -- which was featured on his 2007 mixtape I'm Da Man and Rozay, along with Lil Wayne, were featured on the official remix. "Shawty Lo, Shawty Lo, I'm finna smoke up one my n---a God bless your soul", the Maybach Music founder raps before the Bowen Homes-native chimes in with "I don't know what y'all been told, Shawty Lo back on the map what's up, that's what's happenin'."
