Chicago rapper Lil Reese posted a photo of himself in a hospital bed on Snapchat on Friday (Sept. 16).

In a caption on the image, he wrote:  "POTASSIUM to low could suffer a heart attack just found out I got crohn's b bac.”

A very low level of potassium, a chemical that is critical for nerve and muscle cells to function properly, requires urgent medical attention, according to Mayo Clinic. Crohn’s disease is an inflammatory bowel disease that causes inflammation in the lining of the digestive track, leading to abdominal pain, diarrhea, fatigue, weight loss and malnutrition.

Lil Reese hasn’t shared any further details about his hospital visit or medical conditions, but he tweeted a positive message the same night.

“God got me imma b str8,” he wrote.
