BET Sets 2017 Festival Dates

BET Networks and AEG have slotted June 22-25 as the dates for the 2017 BET Experience at L.A. Live.

The four-year-old music and lifestyle festival logged its highest attendance this year, drawing 165,000 guests during the four-day event (June 23-26) -- a 10 percent increase from 2015.

Capping the annual festival every year is the BET Awards. Beyonce performed with Kendrick Lamar and was the big winner at the 2016 show, which featured a series of tributes to the legendary Prince and a rousing speech about injustice and social activism by Grey’s Anatomy cast member Jesse Williams.

As before, the 2017 BET Experience will offer attendees a choice of concerts and comedy shows at L.A. Live venues The Novo by Microsoft and Staples Center.
