2 Chainz and Kanye West perform Hot 107.9 Birthday Bash Block Show at Philips Arena on June 20, 2015 in Atlanta.

During Kanye West's Saint Pablo tour pit stop in Atlanta on Monday night (Sept. 12), frequent collaborator 2 Chainz took in the Pablo show in his hometown.

"Had kanye come perform in atlanta for my bday," he wrote in the caption of one Instagram clip showing West performing. Sept. 12 marked the rapper's real birthday.

The self-proclaimed "Necklace Don" then shared views from the backstage area where Chainz, 'Ye and Andre 3000 seemed to be in deep conversation. "Can you imagine what we are talking about," @hairweavekiller offered. Producers Metro Boomin' and Jermaine Dupri were also spotted in the photos.

2 Chainz -- who also wore a sweatshirt featuring Stranger Things character Eleven -- then posted an image of him sitting with West, teasing, "New music on the way." A new collaboration from the pair would follow the G.O.O.D. Music posse cut "Champions" released earlier this year and the 2012 party starter "Birthday Song."
