The ongoing battle between Drake and Joe Budden escalated to new level last night (July 21) as Drake and Future’s Summer Sixteen Tour hit Dallas.

During his set at the American Airlines Center, Drake mocked the Slaughterhouse rapper’s 2003 hit “Pump It Up” -- something he’s done before -- before calling him out by name for the first time.

French Montana Recruits Drake for 'Pump It Up'-Referencing 'No Shopping,' Joe Budden Responds

It wasn’t a lengthy rant, but it was a snarky jab just the same; check out the video below:

"I should have brought Joe Budden up here and let him do 'Pump It Up' one time tonight," Drake jokes. "Pump, pump, pump it up. F-ck them ni--as."

Earlier this month, Drake mocked Budden’s most recognizable song in his verse on French Montana’s “No Shopping”:

"Pump, pump, pump it up/ She got a good head on her, but I pump it up/ I'm not a one hit wonder, they know all my stuff/ You let me turn into the ni--a that you almost was."

The beef started back in April, when Budden expressed his disappointment with Drake’s Views on his podcast. For more, check out Billboard’s history of the Drake-Joe Budden beef.

The Dallas show was only the second of 39 dates on the Summer Sixteen tour, so Drake has plenty of time for more if the scrum continues to escalate.
