The least shocking thing Kanye West did over the weekend was release an hour-long remix of The Life of Pablo track "Father Stretch My Hands Part 1." That move seemed pretty tame compared to the jaws he dropped on Friday night with the debut of his naked celebrity-packed "Famous" video at the L.A. Forum.

The ambient, subtly shifting "Father" remix was featured in a Paris fashion show by West's longtime collaborator, Virgil Abloh at the launch of Abloh's newest Off-White label line. A 40-minute version uploaded to Soundcloud opens with nearly nine minutes of what sounds like gospel chorus vocals stretched and manipulated before some subtle drums and bass kick in.

The rest of the track see-saws between bits of the original song and large stretches of chilly white noise, with just portions of the album track's vocals presented in full. According to the NME, a shorter remix of "Father" was played by DJ Dodger Stadium at Friday's "Famous" premiere event.
