The Game Releases 2 New Tracks, Lands Role in A&E Documentary 'Streets of Compton'

The Game continues to rep the West Side with his latest SoundCloud deliveries -- "Roped Off" featuring Problem and Boogie, as well as the Dave East-assisted "Bad Boy on Death Row."

While the possibility of a G-Unit reunion is still TBD, the Compton MC (real name Jayceon Taylor) is keeping busy on wax and small screens. Both tracks will be featured on the musical companion to the forthcoming A&E documentary Streets of Compton, where cameras follow hip-hop notables like The Game, MC Eiht and DJ Yella in Hub City.

The three-part documentary series will makes its debut on June 9 at 9 p.m. ET while Game's Streets of Compton project (via Blood Money/Fifth Amendment/Entertainment One) is set for release on June 17. 

Last year, The Game's 2015 double disc offering The Documentary 2 and 2.5 marked his seventh No. 1 on the Top R&B/ Hip-Hop Albums chart
