Alleged Frank Ocean Song Snippet Surfaces From 'Secretive Listening' Session

Beyond lending his vocals to Kanye West's "Wolves," Frank Ocean has been missing in action since his Grammy-winning 2012 offering Channel Orange.

According to Fuse, the "Thinkin' About You" crooner may have hosted a top secret VIP listening on Sunday night per a bicoastal photographer who uploaded, then deleted, some low-quality rips of what sounds like new F.O. tunes. The photog captioned the now-vanished clips with "very very secret frank ocean listening party" and "#FRANKOCEAN NEW ALBUM SOUNDING ANGELIC AS FUCK." (You can hear the teasers on Fuse's website here.)

On the untitled track, Ocean can be heard crooning, but there is no telling when the unreleased material will bless headphones.

Last April, the reclusive singer-songwriter posted a photo to his Tumblr, teasing what read like a potential album release. "I got two versions. I got twoooo versions #ISSUE1 #ALBUM3 #JULY2015 #BOYSDONTCRY," wrote Ocean, who sat with a stack of magazines titled Boys Don't Cry in the picture.

Billboard has reached out to Ocean's management for comment.
