Macklemore and Ryan Lewis visit the SiriusXM Studios on Jan. 25, 2016 in New York City.

With less than 24 hours until the release of Macklemore & Ryan Lewis' sophomore effort The Unruly Mess I've Made, the Seattle-bred duo roll out the video for "Kevin," featuring soul singer Leon Bridges.

The black-and-white visual, directed by Jason Koenig and Lewis, accompanies the tribute track to Macklemore's late rapper friend named Kevin.

According to MTV, the "Same Love" MC recalled his pal's passing at 20 years old from an overdose in a January 2014 interview with mtvU. "If I don’t share Kevin’s story, if I don’t participate in a community of sobriety, I could very easily wake up — not wake up, like Kevin,” offered Macklemore, who has opened up about his own stint in rehab following OxyContin abuse at 17.

The follow-up to Macklemore & Ryan Lewis' Grammy-winning debut The Heist also carries the previous releases "Downtown" -- which peaked at No. 12 on the Billboard Hot 100 and features Eric Nally, Melle Mel, Kool Moe Dee and Grandmaster Caz -- and the DJ Premier and KRS One-assisted "Buckshot."
