New Kanye West Music Dropping 'Every Friday,' According to Kim Kardashian

Kim Kardashian West dropped a Twitter hint Friday (Jan. 8) that her rapper husband Kanye West would be releasing new music from his forthcoming album SWISH every Friday. 

"Friiiiiiday!!!! New music!!!!," she wrote. "#EveryFriday #Swish #RealFriends."

Mr. West has been holding on tight to his yet-to-be-released follow-up to 2013's Yeezus. While pursuing his sartorial passions (See: Adidas and his Yeezy clothing line), the Chicago MC has only put out two records, including "All Day" and the recent Nike diss "Facts," in support of SWISH.

'Ye has also kept his lips sealed about his seventh studio effort, though taking to his timeline (Jan. 8) to clarify the LeBron James reference on "Facts."

"The media tried to make it seem like I was downplaying LeBron on my song FACTS which I would never do, Lebron is fam bottom line," he wrote on Twitter.

Kanye West's 'G.O.O.D. Music Fridays' Inspires Other Artists

In 2010, West rolled out a new track every Friday for a freebie collection titled G.O.O.D. Music Fridays, a nod to his label imprint G.O.O.D. Music. The compilation included "Christian Dior Denim Flow" featuring John Legend, Kid Cudi, Pusha T, Lloyd Banks, and Ryan Leslie, as well as "Good Friday" featuring Common, Pusha T, Kid Cudi, and Big Sean.
