Brown has been accused of punching alleged victim Liziane Gutierrez after she attempted to take a picture of the singer with a cell phone in a Palms Casino Resort hotel room on Saturday, Dec. 2. Gutierrez also claims that Brown took the phone away from her.

Brown responded with a scathing video message (watch above) and an Instagram post threatening legal action against Gutierrez.

"I'm going to be hella rich after all the lawsuits I file from these crazy individuals who keep lying on my name. Happy NEW YEAR! Time for some of us to grow the f--- up,” the singer wrote.

Gutierrez responded to Brown’s video message with one of her own, which can be viewed below.

Brown’s manager, who goes by Mike G, shared a lengthy response to the allegation on Sunday. “Shame on the networks that gave this story life and this liar her 15 minutes,” the manager wrote on Instagram, adding that Brown doesn’t get the same publicity for his charitable efforts.

When Billboard reached out to Mike G for further comment, the manager replied, "The post pretty much says it all." Read his statement in full below.

Meanwhile, a representative for Brown said in a statement that the "[victim's] statements are unequivocally untrue" and a possible motive for the accusation was retaliation since she had been removed from the private party due to her "disruptive and out of control" behavior.

"Her claim that she had her phone in her possession inside the after party and was able to take a photo causing an altercation with Chris Brown is a complete fabrication," the statement continued. "This seems like a clear case of retaliation for her bruised ego."

Brown could be filing a defamation lawsuit against Gutierrez as early as Monday, TMZ reports, citing a source close to the singer.
