Run the Jewels

If you’re Run the Jewels, you’ve got to strike while the iron’s hot. Since 2013, El-P and Killer Mike have given us two fire albums, a remix album of cat sounds, and enough memorable interviews and bizarro press bits to reinvent the way artists handle their business in 2016. RTJ3, their third studio album, is currently in the works, and El-P shared a few seconds of studio glory via Instagram.

For months, the duo has been speaking of the project, but this confirms once and for all that they are currently working on it. Perhaps we’ll get a Bernie Sanders guest verse?

With any luck, RTJ3 will see the light of day some time in 2016.
