All eyes seem to be on Meek Mill as reports of his probation violation surfaced Thursday (Dec. 10). According to TMZ, the Philadelphia MC could be facing jail time after attending the American Music Awards in Los Angeles with his girlfriend, rapper Nicki Minaj, on Nov. 22. Under the terms of his probation, he is restricted to leave Philly without securing a "travel voucher," which he reportedly failed to do.

Mill arrived in a Philadelphia court for his latest parole violation hearing on Dec. 10, the Associated Press reports. AP also states that defense lawyer Frank DeSimone described the music industry as "chaotic" and said that Mill is not trying to disrespect the judge. He also reportedly told the judge that Minaj and Meek are "serious about getting married" and that she would not marry a criminal or 'bum.'"

Mill has been battling an ongoing court case since 2008 after catching drug and conviction charges. Following eight months in jail, he was ordered to probation for five years in 2009. The Maybach Music Group signee was also sent to county jail last July for violating his probation.

Nicki Minaj: 'Fans Know My Struggle. I Was Ruthless'

He offered a lengthy update on his Instagram on Thursday. "I'm actually fighting for my life and freedom," he wrote in his caption under a photo that read "Prayers go up, blessings come down."

"Something I've been going thru from a case I caught at 19 years old and been on probation since... I am 28 now ... It's funny to see people on the internet laughing and joking about me and my family going thru these things, it's just shows me where the world is at nowadays!," he continued. "But if you are for me prayers up and wish me the best! Thank you to everybody that ever supported and I will continue to b great! If this is my last post know I will continue to remain strong and grow to b a better man and set a example for every minority with a dream that anything is possible! Trials and tribulations and chances makes chances & never lose faith! No matter how things go. PRAYERS UP!!"
