2016 Grammy Snubs: Fetty Wap, Carly Rae Jepsen & More

In a new Instagram post, the rapper says (like a number of other Grammy critics) that Fetty Wap deserved to be nominated for Best New Artist. “My Best New Artist Award goes to, Fetty Wap," he said in the caption to a post featuring Fetty's debut album cover. "He put some real hits out this year. They’re overlooking him. They did the same thing to me. Get Rich Or Die Tryin’, 13 million copies sold."

50 was actually nominated for the Best New Artist award in 2004, but lost to Evanescence. His only Grammy is for 2009 posse cut "Crack A Bottle," which also featured Eminem and Dr. Dre
