Tom Hanks and his son Chet Hanks arrive at "Cloud Atlas" premiere during the 2012 Toronto International Film Festival held at Princess of Wales Theatre on September 8, 2012 in Toronto, Canada.

Today is a day of thanks and gratitude, and since it's also known as T.Hanksgiving by Tom Hanks fans (and let's be honest, who isn't a fan?), let's celebrate with the actor spitting some sweet rhymes.

MC T.Hanks? Forrest Bump? 2 Hanx? We'll leave the rapper name up to him, because it turns out the beloved actor made an incredible rap video back in the '80s -- so apparently Chet Haze got his skillz from Dad.

The actor appeared on The Graham Norton Show this week, where he was asked about the promotional single he released with Dan Aykroyd for the 1987 film Dragnet. "It was the first thing I'd ever seen on YouTube," Hanks said.

The track was titled "City of Crime" and released via MCA Records.
