Dwayne Wade is looking to bring a post-LeBron Miami Heat back into ring contention this year, though judging by the video that emerged from NBA Media Day yesterday, he might have spent more of his off-season with the karaoke machine than on the court.

During the team photo/video shoot, Wade lip-synced to Montell Jordan classic "This Is How We Do It" -- but his performance was more than just a sing-a-long.
