Kendrick Lamar performs at the iTunes Festival during the SXSW Music Festival on March 12, 2014, in Austin, Texas.

He just wanted to get down to this sick beat.

Kendrick Lamar and Taylor Swift are becoming quite the little Mutual Admiration Society.

It started when Swift told Rolling Stone that she raps along to Lamar's "Backseat Freestyle" when she's feeling low. "You want to know a trick to immediately go from feeling victimized to feeling awesome?" she asked before naming the good kid, m.A.A.d. city track. "This is my go-to. I know every word." Lamar spoke to The Associated Press about his unlikely fan in September: "I appreciate Taylor Swift for supporting not only my music but just the hip-hop culture. There's really no gap. It's music and it feels good."

Kendrick Lamar Releases Groovy Video for 'i'

Now, in an interview with The Fader, Lamar revealed that he's just as big a fan of Swift's. "I love that song," he said of lead 1989 single "Shake It Off." Just to prove he was serious, he broke into the chorus. Check it out below:

Lamar, who just released his "i" video, is set to drop his third album before year's end.
