On Monday night, Aug. 25, Beyoncé's loyal fanbase, the Beyhive, came after Chris Brown's girlfriend and on-air personality Karrueche Tran after she recited a tasteless joke about Bey and Jay Z's daughter, Blue Ivy.

BET's 106 & Park aired a segment in which they acted out the "top six things Blue Ivy thought about the VMAs." "'I really did wake up like this because my parents never combed my hair,'"  Karrueche said as Blue Ivy, before laughing. "Sorry, Blue! I love you!"

Once fan-curated Instagram videos of the segment surfaced on social media platforms, Karrueche went on Twitter to say that she didn't come up with the script.

Stephen G. Hill, president of music programming and specials for BET Networks, took to Twitter on Tuesday, Aug. 26, to apologize for the segment and defend Karrueche. He also mentioned that he reached out to Bey and Jay privately to apologize.

This isn't the first time Blue Ivy has been criticized for her hair. A Brooklyn resident created an insensitive petition titled "Comb her hair."

Meanwhile, Blue is busy being flawless. The power couple's baby girl was caught throwing her little hands up when following her mom's dance routine to "Flawless" at the MTV VMAs on Sunday.
