Lady Gaga Diagnosed with Lupus, 'Glee' Still Tops Charts

In Wednesday's Daily Noise, brought to you by Fuse and, Lady Gaga confirmed yesterday that she has been diagnosed "borderline positive" with lupus, an autoimmune disease. She also debuted a preview of her video for "Alejandro". When the Billboard charts go live Thursday at noon, the third "Glee" soundtrack will hold at No. 1 on the album chart, followed by Stone Temple Pilots' self-titled release.
