Here's How to Watch the 2019 CMT Music Awards

The CMT Music Awards are almost here! The country music awards show will air Wednesday night (June 5) from The Bridgestone Arena in Nashville and include performances by Carrie Underwood, Little Big Town (who are also hosting for the second year in a row), Dan + Shay, Keith Urban, Luke Bryan and Zac Brown Band.

There will be a number of collaborative performances, including Brandi Carlile and Tanya Tucker; Brett Young and Boyz II Men; Thomas Rhett, Little Big Town and Trombone Shorty; and Sheryl Crow and Maren Morris.

Underwood -- who has won 18 CMT Music Awards, the most in the show's history -- is nominated for video of the year ("Cry Pretty") and female video of the year ("Love Wins"). Other VOTY nominees include Kane Brown's "Good as You," Luke Combs' "She Got the Best of Me," Kelsea Ballerini's "Miss Me More" and Keith Urban and Julia Michaels' "Coming Home."

The awards ceremony will also honor acts outside the country music world. Taylor Swift is nominated for two awards, as well as Shawn Mendes, Boyz II Men and Leon Bridges.
