Kacey Musgraves showed off her country cred on Friday (March 1) at Nashville’s Ryman Auditorium when she brought out Brooks & Dunn (Kix Brooks and Ronnie Dunn) for a memorable cover of “Neon Moon.”

Wearing a powder blue dress, Musgraves made her way center stage. With a pulsating drum beat and delicate slide guitar, her emotive vocals were at the forefront of the iconic song’s first verse before two figures joined in. Screams erupted as a spotlight revealed it was Brooks & Dunn, both on guitar. Musgraves remained on lead vocals throughout the performance as the duo provided harmonies beside her.

A standard in Musgraves' live set for the past few years, “Neon Moon” also serves as a collaboration between the three singers on Brooks & Dunn’s upcoming collaborative project Reboot.

Available April 5, Reboot has the best-selling duo of all time teaming up with Musgraves, Kane BrownThomas RhettBrett YoungLANCOAshley McBrydeBrothers OsborneLuke CombsMidlandCody JohnsonJon Pardi, and Tyler Booth for re-imagined versions of their biggest hits.

Additional guests who shared the stage throughout her four-night run included Paramore's Hayley Williams for a spirited cover of Cyndi Lauper’s girl anthem “Girls Just Wanna Have Fun” on Wednesday (Feb. 28), and rapper CeeLo Green the following night for a bluegrass cover of his group Gnarls Barkley's 2006 hit, "Crazy." Her final evening included opener Natalie Prass joining in on a duet of Gloria Gaynor's disco classic "I Will Survive."
