Chris Stapleton, Dan + Shay Lead 2019 ACM Awards Nominations: Full List

UPDATE: Here are all the winners from the 2019 ACM Awards.

With six nominations, Chris Stapleton and Dan + Shay lead the pack for the 54th Academy Of Country Music Awards, to be held April 7 from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas. Dan Smyers, one half of Dan + Shay, also collects four individual ACM Award nominations, announced in full today (Feb. 20).

Dan + Shay’s hit “Tequila” is up for single, song and video of the year, and the pair are in the hunt for album of the year (Dan + Shay) and music event of the year, for Keeping Score featuring Kelly Clarkson.

Meanwhile, Stapleton has a chance at extending his male artist of the year streak, and he collects nods for album, song, and entertainer of the year.

Kacey Musgraves, the multiple-Grammy winning “Space Cowboy” singer, is the next best with five nominations, including female artist of the year, and she’s nominated twice in the album and single of the year categories.

Close behind is Dierks Bentley, Brothers Osborne, Florida Georgia Line and Bebe Rexha, each with four nods.

It’s also shaping up as a big night for producer and first-time nominee Ian Fitchuk, who is up for six trophies, including album of the year with Musgraves for his work on Golden Hour

As previously reported, country legend Reba McEntire returns as host for the gala, which will air live on the CBS TV network.

This year’s show also sees the return of the ACM Artist of the Decade Honor, which has previously been handed out to Marty Robbins (in 1969), Loretta Lynn (1979), Alabama (1988), Garth Brooks (1998) and George Strait (2009). The winner which will be announced in the coming weeks.
