Country music and bluegrass legend Ricky Skaggs treated CMA viewers to a triple-header of his most memorable songs alongside a couple of contemporary heroes. Skaggs was inducted to the Country Music Hall of Fame earlier this year, so a retrospective tribute was most definitely called for.
First off, he joined his familiar bandmates in Kentucky Thunder for the bluegrass classic "Black Eyed Susie." Next, he switched stages and jammed with Keith Urban and friends for his 1983 song, "Highway 40 Blues." And last, he rocked alongside CMAs host Brad Paisley for his 1985 hit, "Country Boy."
