Carrie Underwood arrives at the 51st annual CMA Awards on Nov. 8, 2017 in Nashville, Tenn.

Country fans are rejoicing over Carrie Underwood's return. The hitmaker released her latest single "Cry Pretty" on Wednesday (Apr. 11), which served as a heart-swelling return to form following a dangerous fall outside her home last November. The heartbreaking ballad unleashes the floodgates of her pent-up emotions, and boy, the song has everyone ugly crying right there with her.

Having launched what might end up being the comeback of the year, now seems like the appropriate time to reflect on Underwood's record-breaking crossover career. So, the singer created a 30-song playlist on Spotify this week, highlighting all of her most memorable tracks since she was only an unknown Oklahoman who had just taken home the gold on season two of American Idol in 2005.

The playlist features tracks from every stage of her highly-successful career, dating all the way back from her rowdy girl-power anthem "Before He Cheats" to her contemporary collaborations: "The Fighter" with fellow country legend Keith Urban, and the adrenaline-pumping, genre-crossing "The Champion" with Ludacris.

Believe it or not, it's been over 12 years since Underwood's post-Idol debut, Some Hearts, was released and subsequently climbed to the No. 2 spot on the Billboard 200 back in December 2005. She's earned herself six Top 10 hits since then, marking her country music's reigning queen.
