Thomas Rhett Serenades Nashville Crowd With 'Unforgettable' Performance at 2017 CMAs

Thomas Rhett didn’t need a flashy stage show to bring his latest Life Changes single to life. Backed by a tight five-piece band, Rhett delivered the second single from his 2017 album in squeaky-clean fashion.

The sentimental ode to falling in love came early on in the 2017 CMAs, shortly after Rhett and a host of other stars opened the show with a rousing group performance of Hootie & the Blowfish’s “Hold My Hand.” Moving onto his own catalog, Rhett and his band spotlighted the track that currently leads Billboard’s Country Airplay chart.

Rhett is up for three awards at this year’s CMAs, including male vocalist of the year.
