Sir Mix-a-Lot in Joe Nichols' country version of "Baby Got Back."

When Sir Mix-A-Lot put out his classic Billboard Hot 100 No. 1 "Baby Got Back" 25 years ago, he probably never imagined that the song would one day get a country remix. But here we are in 2017, and thanks to country star Joe Nichols, that now exists -- and Sir Mix-A-Lot is all about it.

The "Sunny and 75" singer posted a cover of the '90s hip-hop hit to his Facebook on Monday (July 31), and the video has since caught the attention of music fans around the world. While the country version is pretty fantastic in itself, it's the "Baby Got Back" OG that makes the video truly special.

In the vid, Sir Mix-A-Lot sits through auditions of singers trying various renditions of his biggest hit, but isn't satisfied until Nichols takes the stage, black cowboy hate and all. It takes a minute for Sir Mix-A-Lot to process the country twang over his raunchy lyrics, but eventually he finds himself singing along and nodding in approval -- even sporting a cowboy hat himself by the end.
