George Strait performs during the first of his "Strait to Vegas" shows at T-Mobile Arena on April 22, 2016 in Las Vegas.

George Strait will return to Las Vegas next year for a four-weekend concert series billed as 2 Nights of Number 1's with back-to-back concerts of chart-topping hits.

Strait boasts the most No. 1 songs than any other act in music, totaling 60 in all across Billboard, Mediabase and other charts.

The concerts are planned in April, July, September and December at the T-Mobile Arena. Grammy-nominated country singer-songwriter Cam will support.

Strait's 2017 shows follow his sold-out Strait to Vegas concert series at T-Mobile Arena, which will conclude in December.

The announcement comes ahead of Strait's live-streamed concert Wednesday (Nov. 16) night at an unnamed historic Texas dancehall in celebration of Friday's release of his three-disc compilation set Strait Out of the Box: Part 2, which will be sold exclusively via Walmart on Friday. The live-stream begins at 7 p.m. CT and can be viewed here
