Taylor Swift Revealed as Songwriter for Little Big Town's 'Better Man'

Little Big Town may not be so little any more, as they have plenty of big plans in store -- such as an upcoming album and residency at The Ryman (Little Big Town at the Mother Church), which will celebrate the Nashville historic venue's 125th anniversary. 

Back on Oct. 20, the country group released their new lead single "Better Man," and today (Nov. 1) they revealed the writer behind the song's honest and emotive lyrics: none other than Taylor Swift. During a press conference this morning held at The Ryman Auditorium, which was shared via Facebook Live, Karen Fairchild said "[Swift] sent us this song and it was one that was very special to her." Phillip Sweet added that it "felt right."

The video for the song arrived today as well, and can be viewed here. This is hardly the first time the two acts have joined forces, though, as back in 2015, Little Big Town joined Swift on her star-studded 1989 tour.
