Jennifer Nettles from "Coat of Many Colors" poses for a portrait at the NBCUniversal Summer Press Day during the 2015 Summer TCA Tour at The Beverly Hilton on August 13, 2015 in Beverly Hills, California.

Nettles reunites with label head Scott Borchetta, who worked with Sugarland at UMG Nashville earlier in his career.

Jennifer Nettles is the latest member of the Big Machine family. On Thursday the Sugarland member announced she is teaming with Scott Borchetta’s label for a fall 2015 headlining tour and album in 2016.

Fans can expect to hear a new single this October from Nettles' so-far-untitled new LP, due in early 2016.

Starting Oct. 23 in Atlanta, Nettles will be traveling the U.S. on the Playing With Fire tour, along with openers Brandy Clark and Ryan Kinder. The trek hits 20 cities and wraps Dec. 13 in Temecula, Calif.

Jennifer Nettles Exits Universal Nashville: Exclusive Statement
