A country music power couple is calling it quits. Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert's divorce was announced Monday, and a rep for Shelton confirmed the news to Billboard. Shelton and Lambert have been married for four years.

"This is not the future we envisioned," the two singers said in a joint statement to The Associated Press. "And it is with heavy hearts that we move forward seperately."

CMT's 100 Greatest Duets Concert Special

The duo performed "You're the Reason God Made Oklahoma" in 2005, where they first met onstage. Shelton later revealed to VH1's Behind the Music about the performance, "I was a married guy, you know? Looking back on that, I was falling in love with her, right onstage."

Michael Buble's "Home"

Lambert sang backing vocals on Shelton's cover of Buble's "Home," which topped the Billboard Hot Country Songs chart at No. 1 for two weeks in 2008.

First Tour Together

The country couple teamed up and went on a fall tour in 2008. Lambert and Shelton mixed up the set and performed solo and together throughout the night so fans could get equal time with both stars.

Texas Wedding in May 2011

Lambert and Shelton married in Boerne, Texas. Lambert wore her mother's gown while Shelton wore jeans and cowboy boots. He wrote a song specifically for their wedding called "Let's Grow Old Together."

Lambert and Shelton Co-Write "Over You"

The couple co-wrote "Over You," a song about Shelton's brother who died in a car crash. Lambert's song won the CMA Award for song of the year in 2012.

Super Bowl XLVI Performance

The couple sang "America the Beautiful" live to open Super Bowl XLVI in Indiana.

Shelton Surprises Lambert Fans

Shelton joined Lambert onstage in March in Wichita, Kansas, during her tour to perform a duet version of "God Gave Me You." A few months later, their divorce is announced.
