Randy Rogers' Newborn Daughter Dies at Just 6 Days Old

Rumer Rain Rogers, the newborn daughter of country singer Randy Rogers, has died just six days after her birth.

The Randy Rogers Band shared the devastating news Wednesday (June 10) on Twitter.

The band also posted this statement to Facebook: "Rumer Rain Rogers, daughter of Randy and Chelsea Rogers, passed away last night at Seton Memorial Hospital in Austin, Texas. Rumer died of natural causes, in her parents loving arms, just days after her birth. During this time of grieving, the family asks that individuals wishing to offer condolences make a donation to the children's charity of their choosing. The family thanks you for your love and support."

Rogers and his wife, Chelsea, tweeted a photo of their baby girl on June 3.
