"Anything that sits at the intersection of youth, music, art and charity is pretty much something we want to be involved in," says Blaise DeAngelo, OWSLA general manager. "The whole idea is to reward our most dedicated fans while also raising money for Bridges for Music and their efforts to support young musicians in Cape Town."

To this aim, the label released its first-ever Eggnog holiday compilation on Tuesday, featuring 24 of its most successful tracks from 2014, as well as four new cuts from Ghastly & Mija, Trollphace, Cause & Affect and Riton.
OWSLA has also discounted membership to its Drip.FM subscription service to $9 for a limited time. Subscribers will receive the compilation as well as 24 other giveaways in the lead-up to Christmas. Potential prizes will include signed show-worn Skrillex headphones, Sonos speakers and new original material from OWSLA artists.
Further, the label will be live-streaming its holiday party on Monday to allow fans to watch from home and donate to the cause. A door donation and a percentage of bar sales will also go to support Bridges for Music.
DeAngelo says Bridges for Music was a natural recipient choice, given their partnership history. Last year, Skrillex hosted a free Bridges for Music workshop with 12th Planet in Langa to support empowerment and engagement for disadvantaged youth.
"Since then, Sonny has remained close with Bridges for Music," says DeAngelo. "They've sort of become the official charity partner of OWSLA."
Fans can sign up for OWSLA IV via Drip.FM here, as well as purchase the Eggnog compilation here. All proceeds will support Bridges for Music.
