Exclusive: Hear Steve Angello's 'Wasted Love' Remixed By Dirty Vegas, Rivaz

Swedish House Mafia may be no more, and Steve Angello may no longer be collaborating with Axwell and Sebastian Ingrosso. But that’s not stopping him from putting out hit-worthy singles.

In the summer of 2014, Angello released the anthemic “Wasted Love” featuring Dougy of the alternative rock band Temper Trap on vocals. Today, Billboard is excited to share a pair of new remixes. The first is a reworking from veteran English electronic duo Dirty Vegas, who stretched out the song an extra two minutes for a stylish, extended groove. Check it out below:

The Dirty Vegas remix comes in an EP titled Wasted Love Remixes, due out Nov, 24 via SIZE Records. The EP can be preordered via iTunes.

Billboard is also premiering a “Wasted Love” remix from Italian DJ Rivaz, who added keys, acoustic strumming, and even bigger buildups to the original. This one won’t be on the EP, but you can download it from the SoundCloud link below:

Speaking to Billboard, Angello commented on the remixes:

I knew when I first released “Wasted Love” with Dougy from The Temper Trap that remixes would come soon after, but it was important to me that each remix embodied the powerful dimensions fans expect from Size Records. Each artist featured on the EP was carefully chosen because their talents brought different beats and bold sounds to each remix… Making the Rivaz remix a free giveaway is a small token of my appreciation to our fans for their strong support of the original track. Excited to share these versions with everyone.
