Thomas Gold's Bus Tour Movie: First Look

5 things to look out for on clip of the DJ's fun day on the party bus.

German DJ/producer and expert Adele remixer Thomas Gold took some buddies and a few select fans on a party bus tour of Miami on March 20. We’ve got a first look at the after movie, which features a cameo by Gold’s boss at Axtone Records, Axwell—who at the time still had a band called Swedish House Mafia (insert ugly cry here).

Be sure to look out for these five things below.

Das Auto

Ax, in a fetching baby blue V-neck, cruelly stereotypes all Germans as suckers for well-crafted vehicles at 0:58, dubbing the bus “super-tight, like BMW-style. I love German cars.”

We Clearly Need More Exposure to Germans

Gold himself at 0:50, looking and sounding vaguely like “Django Unchained” hero Christoph Waltz. Does this bus tour end in a righteous blood bath?

Giorgio Moroder Circa 1969

He's apparently a Thomas Gold fan (1:22).

They Go Waaayyy Back

Two super-fans confess they’ve seen every one of Gold’s Miami sets “since about 2010” at 1:27.

Keep Your Eyes on the Road

A non-obligatory, but much appreciated, shot of the steadfast bus/club driver at 1:51, whose control panel seems almost like a Serato screen. Hopefully he wasn’t trying to DJ too.
