“World of Warcraft” creators draw Afrojack, Avicii, will.i.am and the rest of the Las Vegas crew.
Wynn, the Las Vegas resort with four separate nightclubs to its name, has always had a little fun touting its squadron of exclusive resident DJs.
During last year’s Miami Music Week the Wynn team distributed neon muscle tees with a police lineup of their jocks, including instantly recognizable guys like super-tall Afrojack and Jesus-haired Steve Aoki -- rendered in bobblehead-like cartoons.
Things are a little different this year: Aoki has gone to Hakkasan, the new MGM Grand restaurant/nightclub with deep pockets, and Wynn added new faces like Eric Prydz, Dirty South and Bassnectar, while retaining big names like Afrojack and Swedish House Mafia capo Steve Angello.
